Short Mat Bowling for the over 50's, no experience neccessary. A good way to get some gentle exercise, socialize with other over 50's and enjoy your retirement. Everyone welcome men & women, it doesn't matter if you've played before or not, just turn up on the day and give it a try. We also have a bowls team & compete in local competitions. We are at Gadebridge Community Centre, by Rossgate shops. Sessions 2pm-4pm.
