Directions: (1) Meet at the California Cafe (jr 28 de Julio 562) at 10:30 am http://huaylas.com/californiacafe/
OR (2) From the Plaza de Armas go north on Luzuriaga and on the second corner past the bridge go right (east/uphill). Follow the road straight up and continue uphill on the nice paved road. At the first switchback turn of the paved road and go straight. Follow the dirt road past the arch (stay left), down to the first switchback and stay straight. Just before you get to the central part of the village stop and walk 100 yards uphill to the field.
It is easiest to meet us at the California cafe at around 10:30 am (unless you want a good walk or bike ride) and we split cabs or other transport to get to the field. Water, frisbees, cones and a guaranteed good view provided |
