| Here are the details of some of the FREE courses available from DCFL. Introduction to computers & wordpad Basic MS Word Further MS Word Advanced MS Word Internet & E Mail Prepare for the world of work with an overview of office ICT Advice & Guidance on training & employment Employability skills workshops MS Excel & MS Powerpoint are in the planning stage as possible new courses. Courses are held over approx 6 weeks and for 2 hours in Length. They can be mornings, afternoons or evenings depending on the availability of the tutor. DCFL Computer Courses are free of charge and depending on the course may be held at Highfield, Gadebridge, Grovehill or Tring. Interested in Volunteering? As well as tutors, we also need assisitants to help learners especially on the computer courses. To assist learners who don't have a computer at home, all the Community Centres in the Programme have Internet Cafes, please call individual centres for opening times. |
